When registering for a class you are agreeing to the below-stated information. Failure to review the proceeding information is the sole responsibility of the intended student. Violation of the below Terms & Conditions will be processed in accordance with the following:

Section I

Refunds/Transfers/Missed Attendance

If you are unable to attend your class, you must email info@comblinetx.com with a minimum of 14 days of notice to be able to refund the cost of the class fee. There is 3.5% processing fee and 6% if purchased through the shop pay installments. We do not allow any transfer under any circumstances due to the demand of the course. There are no exceptions to the refund policy. It is the responsibility of the student registering to understand this policy before submitting payment for a class. If you have any concerns about not being able to attend your training class, we highly encourage you to reconsider your decision.

If you fail to attend your training class and have not provided 14 days' notice, CombLine TX has the right to keep any monetary collections of funds due to the lack of communication. *

* Please note if you do not attend your training class, we do not provide transfers into other classes under any circumstances. If you fail to attend your scheduled class, you will forfeit your payment. Please be sure you are comfortable with this policy before registering for a class.

Section II

Extenuating Circumstance

CombLine TX reserves the right to cancel classes due to extenuating circumstances that could potentially impact the health and safety of our staff and students, such as adverse weather conditions or health threats, like COVID-19. CombLine TX will reschedule all participants to another date within the scheduled year. You will be contacted via email at info@comblinetx.com. It is the stylist's responsibility to have the most up to date contact information to receive all communication. In addition, we reserve the right to change the location of the class, so long as the new location is within a 15-minute driving distance from the original site.

If you have an unforeseen event or circumstance that occurs and causes a student to be absent from class, please submit the appropriate documentation to info@comblinetx.com and the CombLine TX team will proceed with the next course of action after reviewing documentation.

Section III

Ticket Limit

You are limited to a specified number of tickets for each event (also known as a “ticket limit”). This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices. Multiple ticket purchases in different locations to secure your preferred location is prohibited and we reserve the right to cancel, without notice, any, or all orders in addition to prohibiting your ticket purchasing abilities or ability to return said ticket. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number, or other information.

Section IV

Replacement of Goods

CombLine TX is not responsible for the replacement of any kit item unless deemed defective by Combline TX or Combline Educator. Items distributed in class are subject to ongoing change/regulation by the founder and distributor of CombLine. CombLine will not issue refunds on any portion of the training and will only replace defective items in question. By registering for a class, you are agreeing to all terms & conditions laid out in the above statement and for your details to be stored securely and used in the CombLine TX communications (your details will not be passed to third parties).

Section V

Dispute Resolution

Any buyer dispute placed on Shop, or any third-party payment processing system is in violation of the agreed Terms & Conditions and is expressly prohibited. Violation of the agreed Terms & Conditions will be pursued through individual arbitration.

Section VI

Defamation

The use of slander, defamation, or any false claims made against CombLine TX (or its instructors), is strictly prohibited and is in violation of the student Terms & Conditions agreed upon registration. This includes, but is not limited to, all forms of social media and online forums. CombLine TX US defamation laws and holds the right to pursue any individual in breach of the above conditions. Falsified reviews and statements will be pursued accordingly. The Owner reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or delete accounts that it deems inappropriate, offensive or in violation of these Terms. The suspension or deletion of accounts due to disputes, defamation, and/ or violation of these terms all removes all access to CombLine TX.

The CombLine® Certification Class is a 1-day training.Learn to effortlessly apply your favorite hair brand using our advanced CombLine® system through a blend of theory and hands-on training.

CombLine® kit, with all the necessary tools for the training and to offer the service at your salon is included and it will be provided to you at your arrival at the class venue.

Lunch will be served during the training.

Class details will be emailed upon registration, and your kit will be handed out on the training day. Please note that kit returns or refunds are not available post-training.
