When registering for a class you are agreeing to the below-stated information. Failure to review the proceeding information is the sole responsibility of the intended student. Violation of the below Terms & Conditions will be processed in accordance with the following:
Section I
Refunds/Transfers/Missed Attendance
If you are unable to attend your class, you must email info@capelli-extensions.com with a minimum of 14 days of notice to be able to refund the cost of the class fee. There is 3.5% processing fee and 6% if purchased through the shop pay installments. There are no exceptions to the refund policy. It is the responsibility of the student registering to understand this policy before submitting payment for a class.
Section II
Extenuating Circumstance
Capelli reserves the right to cancel classes due to extenuating circumstances that could potentially impact the health and safety of our staff and students, such as adverse weather conditions or health threats, like COVID-19. Capelli will reschedule all participants to another date. You will be contacted via email by info@capelli-extensions.com. It is the stylist's responsibility to have the most up to date contact information to receive all communication. In addition, we reserve the right to change the location of the class, so long as the new location is within a 15-minute driving distance from the original site.
If you have an unforeseen event or circumstance that occurs and causes a student to be absent from class, please submit the appropriate documentation to info@capelli-extensions.com and the Capelli team will proceed with the next course of action after reviewing documentation.
Section III
Dispute Resolution
Any buyer dispute placed on Shop, or any third-party payment processing system is in violation of the agreed Terms & Conditions and is expressly prohibited. Violation of the agreed Terms & Conditions will be pursued through individual arbitration.
Section VI
Defamation
The use of slander, defamation, or any false claims made against Capelli and Mago (or its instructors), is strictly prohibited and is in violation of the student Terms & Conditions agreed upon registration. This includes, but is not limited to, all forms of social media and online forums. Capelli by US defamation laws holds the right to pursue any individual in breach of the above conditions. Falsified reviews and statements will be pursued accordingly. The Owner reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or delete accounts that it deems inappropriate, offensive or in violation of these Terms. The suspension or deletion of accounts due to disputes, defamation, and/ or violation of these terms all removes all access to Capelli.
