POLICY: We will gladly accept returns on items (except items marked "Final Sale”) for a full refund within 30 days from date of delivery.
Purchases made in-store must be returned in-store.
All returns require a Return Authorization #. To request an RA# (Return Authorization #), please email: email@example.com
RETURN CONDITION: Refunds are only given to approved products with an RA# that are still in unopened and unused condition. Products must not be opened, worn or tampered with due to hygienic reasons and the safety of our customers.
- Refunds will only be issued if products are returned within 30 days of purchase date.
- Refunds are issued in the original form of payment once, the returned products are received by Capelli.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is not provided by Capelli.
- A 15% re-stocking fee may apply upon product inspection.
- Refunds may take 3-4 business days to process once Capelli has received the returned product.
- Please keep the tracking number of returned product(s) for delivery verification.
The following products are not eligible for return/exchange:

- Final sale items
- Tools and accessories
